Sifu Diaz is the owner and CEO of Shaolin 3 Warriors San Da. Sifu Diaz provides instruction within the styles of Shaolin Five Animal Five Family Kung Fu, Hung Gar Kung Fu, and San Da (San Shou). Additionally, Sifu Diaz has coached numerous students to become national and international champions in full contact fighting and Lei Tai.

For the past six years, Sifu Diaz has continued his studies in the styles of Five Animal Five Family, Hung Gar Kuen(Kung Fu) and internal style of Xing Yi Quan under the instruction and mentorship of Sifu Jamal Rashad El. Recognizing that mental and spiritual training is just as significant as physical preparation. Sifu Diaz has developed his relationship with Sifu Jamal through which he has gained spiritual guidance, knowledge, a friend, and a father figure. Under the leadership of Sifu Jamal, Sifu Diaz has not only learned what it takes to become a better fighter, but also a better instructor. Sifu Diaz feels blessed to have witnessed the inspiring legacy and quintessential leadership of Sifu Jamal. Sifu Diaz was also the Escrima Stick Fighting National Champion. In 2023, Sifu Diaz received his 5th degree Grandmaster in the DC Serrada Escrima under Maha Guru SGMD and Grandmaster Mustafa Gunaydin. Sifu Diaz along with Grandmaster John Crudup were the first to establish presents of the Black Karate Federation in New Jersey. Sifu Diaz has 17 years in Law Enforcement (corrections) and is a member of the Mercer County Special Operations team (C.E.T. and S.W.A.T.). Sifu has over 38 years of experience in close quarters fighting, boxing, wrestling, full contact, forms, and weapons. Sifu Diaz has been recognized for his martial arts and has received several international and national awards/accolades.
